IT is increasingly present in day-to-day activities of corporations, since the automation of production processes and administrative, logistics and everything revolves around the information it can generate.

Without technology the company stops but the market does, which means lost customers and market share. It is no longer a strategy, it is survival and membership is compulsory. Today, survival requires security, efficiency and high availability of IT infrastructure to enable continuous service and quality to customers. Services based on these processes and systems more effective.

This is the current scenario where IT went from supporting player in the creation and maintenance of lasting business relations and profitable.
