Contract in the amount of R$104.8 million between NetService and CIMCORP

A consortium will serve the government of Minas Gerais - network of the Administrative CityLUDYANE AGOSTINI, especially for DCINetService Ltda from Minas Gerais and CIMCORP S/A from São Paulo, providers of solutions in Information Technology (IT) for the corporate market, won the tender to implement the entire network infrastructure of President Tancredo Administrative City

Neves is located in Serra Verde neighborhood, region of Venda Nova, Belo Horizonte.The new seat of the government of Minas Gerais will gather all the autarchies of infrastructure from the State in an area of 804,000 square meters.

The partnership between the two companies, designated Consortium of Minas Gerais, was budgeted at R$104.8 million and will be responsible for supplying, installing, setting and operating the whole network of Presidente Tancredo Neves Administrative City. The management model will be done according to IaaS (infrastructure as a service)

Besides, Dias believes that with the closing of this contract, CIMCORP will gain even more market share in Minas Gerais, which will guarantee the expected goal of closing the year with a 25% sales growth. "Our goal is to show customers the importance of IT investments as a strategy to leverage the business and not as an expense", he argued.
Last year, even in a year marked by a financial crisis, sales in Minas Gerais, where is CIMCORP largest market in the country, grew by 45% compared to 2008, representing a turnover of R$97 million, 61% more than the turnover in 2008, when the increase was almost R$60 million.
In order to ensure the successful market positioning, CIMCORP expects to hire 40 employees until the end of this year. The company has a policy to retain talent, which promotes training courses and specialization.

The manager of new products from NetService, Anderson Barbosa, said the industry biggest challenge is to maintain the quality of services and especially to qualify workforce. "The company expanded its staff from 150 in 2008 to 850 employees by the first quarter of 2010. The opening of these positions was followed by a great amount of qualification", he said.

By winning this tender, Barbosa strives to expand business and gain visibility across the country. "NetService will maintain the kind of investment from 2009 aiming to reach new target audiences, especially in the Northeast of the country, a region described as a promising market. The goal is to maintain the good results from last year ", he concluded.

For Rogério Dias, the partnership meant a joining of forces, goals and proposals.
