The virtualization of desktops is at the top of Cimcorp’s strategy. In 2010, the integrator plans a 108% increase of the number of virtualized machines.

The company currently registers 14 projects in the area, which means a total of 12 thousand virtualized points. "The goal is to end 2010 with approximately 25 thousand", affirmed the supplier in a note to the press.

Attached to the virtualization service, there is also the work with DaaS (Desktop as a Service), which permits a greater control over the end-user and does not imply in initial investments, the payment being made on a monthly basis as a service. In this mode there is a 25% reduction in costs.
