The State of Espírito Santo Bank invested R$ 14 million in the solution to ensure reliability to its operations
The approximately 800 thousand Banestes clients (State of Espírito Santo Bank) have a reason to feel at ease. The bank has invested approximately R$ 14 million in the creation of a contingency site. The project, initiated in 2005, contemplated the installation of a mainframe (a Sun machine intended for bank automation), 40 servers, redundant no-breaks, a group of motor-generators and the entire contingency telecom infrastructure supported by distinct operators. 

During a period when companies need to reduce operational costs, increase the performance and security of the systems and optimize resources, CIMCORP, a company specialized in services of high complexity, performance optimization and IT infrastructure management, and Dell, the second largest computer manufacturer in the world, will gather approximately 60 executives from Fortaleza and neighboring cities in order to introduce the innovations in the market of Information Technology, emphasizing the strategy of server virtualization.

CIMCORP, a company specialized in services of high complexity, performance optimization and IT infrastructure management, closed 50 virtualization project deals last year, and foresees an increase of 100% for this year. In the first semester alone, the company has reached 70% of the year’s volume of virtualization sales. The company has invested in the qualification of its team in order to grow within this segment.
