CIMCORP launches the Backup Site & Disaster Recovery. The solution is for the continuity of operations after failures in the main site. According to the company, the innovation assists in the elimination of costs with this type of problem. “We recently invested R$ 3,2 million in the implementation of a NOC (Network Operation Center) to assist in the monitoring and provide contingency in a safer and more economic way”, affirms the president of CIMCORP, Tadeu Fucci.

The company seeks to meet a growing demand. According to an IDC survey, by the end of 2008 the companies invested US$ 8,6 billion in virtualization and contingency projects in the IT sector alone.

CIMCORP evaluates that there is still plenty of time for everyone to realize the importance of continuity of operations with security. “Indubitably, the most successful organizations are those who always have a Plan B”, believes Fucci.
