Cimcorp and Dell launch partnership

Cimcorp will offer its customers the PROATI - Technical Support Program, in partnership with Dell. Aimed at middle-market companies, the program intends to help them to maximize IT resources and improve the levels of continuity. The new step is one of the Cimcorp initiatives to build a portfolio of recurring revenues in a favorable scenario for new investments, planning to make an IPO next year in order to raise funds and make acquisitions.

The proposal of Cimcorp is to make an offer to its customers with a monthly fee, and which does not demand a high investment. The company expects that this new offer accounts for about 35% of its operation over the next five years.

The partnership with Dell, which already exists for a few years to provide services for large companies, will be geared toward midsize companies and will include deployment services, help desk, service desk, management and contingency.

In order to assist IT managers, who need to optimize the resources at low cost and implement efficient technologies of management, the PROATI focuses on high performance and provides advanced tools for hardware, software and services, supporting the mapping of servers, storage, networking and safety. Furthermore, it assists companies in designing the architecture for deployment of virtualization-based environment, developing ROI and investment plan, providing professional services and management.

The products and services pack also provides business continuity assurance, gathering contingency standardized models and emergency analysis, respecting the maintenance of infrastructure available for use as long as possible.

In case of emergency situations, for example, the company keeps remote workplaces at its headquarters, offering a complete structure, including phone lines, so there is no interruption in the service quality. As any customer environment can be hosted externally at Cimcorp Data Center, it is possible to migrate the staff without compromising the service routine, as it has a centralized remote monitoring.
